จัดพิธีมอบประกาศนียบัตรและตราสัญลักษณ์ SGN Preferred Choice 2025
เมื่อวันที่ 14 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 ณ ห้อง Nex Lab อาคารคณะบริหารธุรกิจ มหาวิทยาลัยหาดใหญ่
ภายใต้โครงการวิจัย “การพัฒนาเครือข่ายและเขตพื้นที่วัฒนธรรมอาหารสู่การสร้างสรรค์ระดับภูมิภาค : ศูนย์กลางบูรณาการสำหรับการออกแบบประสบการณ์วัฒนธรรมด้านอาหารระดับพรีเมียม”
ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วิทวัส ดิษยะศริน สัตยารักษ์ อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยหาดใหญ่ กล่าวเปิดงาน
พร้อมเน้นย้ำการขับเคลื่อนมหาวิทยาลัยสู่การเป็นมหาวิทยาลัยพัฒนาพื้นที่ (Reinventing University) โดยใช้องค์ความรู้และงานวิจัยในการยกระดับเศรษฐกิจและชุมชนท้องถิ่น
ภายในงานมีการบรรยายพิเศษหัวข้อ
“เรื่องเล่าของสงขลาที่ World Gastronomy Summit”
โดย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.จุฑามาศ วิศาลสิทธิ์

การจัดงานครั้งนี้สะท้อนบทบาทมหาวิทยาลัยหาดใหญ่ในการเป็นศูนย์กลางความร่วมมือระหว่างสถาบันการศึกษา ภาคเอกชน และภาครัฐ เพื่อยกระดับมาตรฐานอาหารและการท่องเที่ยวเชิงอาหารของจังหวัดสงขลาสู่ระดับสากลอย่างยั่งยืน
Awarding the SGN Preferred Choice 2025 Emblem
Elevating Songkhla’s Culinary Culture to International Standards
Hatyai University, in collaboration with the Songkhla Gastronomy Network (SGN), held the certificate and emblem presentation ceremony for “SGN Preferred Choice 2025” on February 14, 2026, at the Nex Lab, Faculty of Business Administration, Hatyai University.
This initiative is part of the research project:
“Developing Networks and Cultural Food Zones toward Regional Creativity: An Integrated Hub for Premium Culinary Experience Design.”
The event featured several key highlights, beginning with opening remarks from Asst. Prof. Dr. Wittawat Didyasarin Sattayarak, President of Hatyai University, who presided over the ceremony. He emphasized the institution’s strategic mission as a “Reinventing University,” focusing on leveraging academic research and specialized knowledge to bolster the local economy and foster community development. A major focal point was the inspiring keynote delivered by Asst. Prof. Dr. Jutamas Wisansit, CEO of Perfect Link Consulting Group and President of the Thailand Gastronomy Network, titled “The Story of Songkhla at the World Gastronomy Summit.” Additionally, the occasion was honored by the presence of Mr. Supit Phitaktham, President of the Songkhla Provincial Administrative Organization, who attended to provide support and encouragement to the participating network of culinary entrepreneurs.
