Hatyai University (HatyaiU) has earned the prestigious “Youth Volunteer Work Towards Creating Best Practice” award, a major achievement presented by the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation. Our winning project, “The Authentic Hat Yai Fried Chicken Recipe” (ตำรับไก่ทอดหาดใหญ่), was recognized for its highly creative and culturally rich approach, demonstrating how our Youth Volunteers are turning a beloved local tradition into a powerful Best Practice model for community engagement and economic development.
