This event captured the orientation atmosphere for participants in a research project focused on developing regional food culture networks and experiences. Held on Friday, March 14, 2025, at the Port De Biz Room within the Faculty of Business Administration at Hatyai University, the gathering marked the beginning of Module 1 training under the project, “Developing food culture networks and areas for regional creation: An integrated center for designing premium food culture experiences.” The initiative, supported by Hatyai University, the Songkhla Gastronomy Network, and the Community Based Tourism Promotion Association of Songkhla Province, highlights a collaborative effort to enhance and promote the region’s culinary heritage.
