ม.หาดใหญ่ จัดโครงการวันนวัตกรรมและคุณภาพ Hatyai Inno-Q Day 2026 เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้บุคลากร คณาจารย์ หน่วยงาน และนักศึกษา ได้แลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์และเรียนรู้ร่วมกัน ทั้งในมิติของนวัตกรรม การพัฒนางานประจำ และการยกระดับคุณภาพการทำงาน รวมถึงการจัดการเรียนการสอนของมหาวิทยาลัย
โครงการดังกล่าวยังเป็นเวทีที่สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงศักยภาพและความคิดสร้างสรรค์ของบุคลากรและนักศึกษา ที่สามารถพัฒนาภารกิจประจำให้เป็นโอกาสในการสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรม โดยมีผลงานเข้าร่วมนำเสนอและประกวดรวม 10 ประเภท ครอบคลุมผลงานด้านตำราและหนังสือ แนวปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศ (Best Practice) งานประกันคุณภาพ โครงการนักศึกษา ผลงาน Kaizen หน่วยงานที่มีผลการพัฒนางานดีเด่น กิจกรรม QCC และรางวัล Kaizen Popular Vote รวมทั้งสิ้น 29 รางวัล
การจัดงาน Hatyai Inno-Q Day 2026 ถือเป็นอีกก้าวสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนวิสัยทัศน์ “ม.หาดใหญ่ 2571 พัฒนากำลังคนแห่งอนาคต และยกระดับคุณค่าชุมชนท้องถิ่นด้วยนวัตกรรม” อีกทั้งยังเป็นเวทีแห่งการเรียนรู้ร่วมกัน ที่สะท้อนถึงความเป็นหนึ่งเดียวและความเป็นมืออาชีพของบุคลากรและนักศึกษา ในการร่วมสร้างสรรค์ผลงาน และเปลี่ยนงานประจำให้กลายเป็นนวัตกรรมได้อย่างแท้จริง

Hatyai University held the Hatyai Inno-Q Day 2026 innovation and quality project to provide an opportunity for personnel, faculty members, departments, and students to exchange experiences and learn together. The focus encompasses dimensions of innovation, routine work development, and the enhancement of operational quality, as well as the university’s teaching and learning management.
The project serves as a platform that reflects the potential and creativity of both personnel and students, demonstrating their ability to transform routine tasks into opportunities for creating innovation. There were 10 categories of entries presented and contested, covering textbooks and books, Best Practices, quality assurance work, student projects, Kaizen works, outstanding departments in work development, QCC activities, and the Kaizen Popular Vote, totaling 29 awards.
The organization of Hatyai Inno-Q Day 2026 marks another significant step in driving the vision of “Hatyai University 2028: Developing Future Workforce and Elevating Local Community Value through Innovation.” It also acts as a forum for shared learning that reflects the unity and professionalism of personnel and students in collaborating to create works and truly transforming routine tasks into innovation.
